2024 BAAA Reunion Schedule

October 30^th  (Wednesday)

• 1300 Check-in with President & Vice President
  • If you want to stop by and assist at about 1300 much appreciated
• 1600 Reunion Check in at Hotel Alumni Meeting Room Open
• 1600 – 2100 BAAA Alumni Room Open

October 31^st  (Thursday)

• 0900 BAAA Meeting Room Open Check in and Merch sales
• 2100 Merch Sales closed
• 2200 BAAA meeting room secured

November 1^st  (Friday)

• 0730 – 0800 BAAA BOD MTG
• 0815 – 0900 BAAA General Membership
  • Members will be required to sign in
  • Review letter process
• 0930 Bus Arrives at Marriott Fairfield Inn hotel
• 1000 – 1600 BUS departs to Airshow/Bus return to hotel
  • Times approx. at this point)
• 1700 Trolly arrives at hotel
• 1730 to 2100 Trolley departs for PYC / PYC Dinner
• 2100 Trolley back to hotel

November 2^nd (Saturday)

• 0800 – 1030 BAAA Meeting Room Open Merch sales
• 0930 Bus arrives at hotel
• 1000 – 1530 Bus departs to Airshow
• 1200 Alumni Photo Shoot at Blue Angels Hanger
• 1600 Bus begins loading for return to hotel
• 1700 Dinner on your own
• 1900 – 2100 Social Gathering at BAAA Meeting Room Merch sales open

November 3^rd (Sunday)

• 0730 – 1200 BAAA Meeting Room OPEN / Merch sales open
• 1200 No Scheduled Events room clean up
